The staircase is available in two widths 120 cm or 140 cm, treads in solid beech or oak veneer and three choices of colour white, grey or anthracite.

ADJUSTABLE TO FIT YOUR ROOM SPECIFICATIONS
The spiral staircase MONTRÉAL from DOLLE comes with either 11, 12, 13, or 14 treads including substantial landing platform. The staircase can reach a maximum floor-to-floor height of 352,5 cm. It can be adjusted to suit heights as low as 210cm, you can do this by removing spaces or treads to reach you desired height. Each tread has an adjustable rise of between 20,5 cm to 23,5 cm for the perfect fit to any height.
For the staircase to be comfortable to climb you will need to have an opening of 130cm round or square for a 120cm staircase or 150cm round or square for a 140cm staircase.
The DOLLE MONTREAL can be used as a main staircase, it has 5 banisters per tread, so the gap is less than 100mm. All you must do is add our riser bar kit, this will then meet UK building regulations.
You have the option to add extra components to your MONTREAL spiral staircase to make it safer. You can close the gap between the banister by adding a middle banister pack, if you add two then the space in between will be less than 100mm which is a requirement for UK building regulations for a main staircase. You can also close the gap between the treads using our riser bar kit, this will make the staircase safer to climb and ensure you meet building regulation requirements for main stairs.
TOP TIPS
The pitch height can be adjusted with spacer rings from 20.4 to 23.4 cm depending on floor height. We advise you use as little spacers as possible as this will mean narrow gap between the treads, this will make your staircase more comfortable to climb.

If you want an exact colour match the code for the grey is RAL9006, white its RAL9016 and anthracite its RAL7016.
HIGH QUALITY
To ensure the highest quality we manufacture all our staircase to specific standards. The DOLLE MONTREAL spiral staircase complies with European building standards defined in EN 1991 and EN 1993. The staircase MONTREAL is certified to a maximum point load of 200 kg and a maximum total load of 620 kg. The banister railing is also approved for a horizontal load of 50 kg metre.
UNCOMPROMISING SAFETY AND CONVENIENCE
Will children be using the staircase? If so, add Riser Bars under the treads so the kids cannot slip between the treads. Riser bars are available in colours to match the staircase of your choice
