Loft conversion stair AMSTERDAM is a light and simple space saving staircase designed with 57 cm wide paddle treads which are ideal for small spaces and less traffic areas of the house. The deepest point of the treads is 14 cm – designed with the unique paddle tread shape to enhance your comfort experience compared to regular mezzanine ladders.
Complete stair kit with handrail in spruce
Reduced to the essential elements of a functional staircase, the space-saving staircase DOLLE AMSTERDAM pleasantly provides safe access to your mezzanine. Made of solid spruce, it’s particularly suitable for warm and comfortable rooms, but also for rustic environments. It is a reliable companion – from the children’s room to the youth room or as a staircase to the attic. The straight flight space saving staircase has treads housed into the strings and has a double-strip banister, so the handrail provides comfortable and safe use – The safe way up.
INSTALLATION TIPS
DOLLE AMSTERDAM comes as a flat packed straight flight staircase kit manufactured in spruce with 12 paddle treads and one handrail banister. The space saving staircase is supplied with mounting brackets to fix at the top of the mezzanine. Very easy to install for the home improvement hobbyist without use of special tools. If your floor-to-floor height is lower than 298 cm then it will be required that you cut down the AMSTERDAM stair kit to suit your height dimension on site. The space saving mezzanine AMSTERDAM requires a minimum opening size of 1200mm x 600mm in the upper floor. The staircase comes untreated – possible to varnish or paint to fit your interior design.
